You’ll have 24/7 support from a developer who makes changes the same day whenever possible. Email [email protected] or call 760-536-2175. You can also text, call, or email your developer directly.
We start with a few questions to learn your goals, create an initial design for review, then draft a contract and begin development after you approve the design.
Before launch we send a Square Up invoice that includes your contract for review and signature. Square Up lets you choose any preferred payment method.
Standard sites wrap up within a week, provided design approvals and content arrive on time. Larger builds usually take two to four weeks.
The site will go offline, but you keep your domain and any assets you supplied.
Yes. Monthly billing continues after six months so your site stays up to date and fully supported.
We host on AWS with regular backups, so your site stays online. Vincent Allen is next in line to run operations if I’m unavailable and additional partners can step in after that.
We email invoices with a secure payment link. Subscriptions use credit or debit cards and we accept all major providers.
You’ll be charged the full site cost ($3,200) minus what you’ve already paid.
We refund in full only before any work begins. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
After six months you can cancel any time. If you return later, a new six-month agreement is required.
Minimum commitment is six months, then it rolls to month-to-month billing. Early cancellation may incur extra charges.
Yes. Ongoing monthly payments keep your site current and fully supported.
Invoices are due within seven days. After that a $25 fee applies. Multiple late payments can end the agreement and trigger the full project balance.
Your plan continues month-to-month. Over time the site should deliver value well beyond its monthly fee.
Yes. Staying on the plan keeps your site updated and supported as your business grows.
A single payment covers design and build up front and saves money long term. A subscription spreads costs over time and includes ongoing updates and support.
Yes. Unlimited support and updates are $75 a month with a six month commitment. Hosting is not included.

No. Due to the extra work and ongoing support e-commerce sites are only offered on a subscription plan.
Yes. The domain is always yours and we never hold it hostage.
